We have a range of therapies available which you can read about below.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a method of relaxing you, leaving you fully conscious and in control but allowing your subconscious mind to be highly receptive to ideas and be able to accept or reject them. It is light years away from the clichéd image of TV hypnotists ‘commanding’ audience members to make animal sounds – your mind is very moral and won’t let you do anything your moral code disapproves of. Instead, hypnotherapy simply enables you to train your mind to think differently and adopt positive suggestions to help you live your life as you wish it to be.

Neurolinguistic programming – NLP

Neurolinguistic programming therapy is designed to ‘recode’ your brain’s behaviour to help achieve the positive changes you desire in your life, often through use of hypnosis and self-hypnosis. It does this by tapping into the neural ‘programs’ your brain uses to find and act on the pictures, sounds, tastes, smells, feelings and words that together make sense of the things you see, hear, smell, feel and touch.

Thought field therapy – TFT

Thought field therapy is a complex, very effective system for rapidly diagnosing and treating many forms of emotional distressand sometimes the accompanying physical symptoms. By tapping on the same pressure points or ‘energy meridiens’ used in acupuncture and acupressure, the therapist can relieve emotional and psychological distress, sometimes within minutes. Clients can learn where, when and how to tap themselves, depending on the issue.

Cognitive Processing and Integration Therapy – CPIT

But cognitive processing and Integration therapy (CPIT) – a structured form of psychoanalysis – can help you positively resolve and ‘get over’ that single or series of experiences from your childhood or adult life. The therapy, which does not usually involve hypnosis, is often effective after only a couple of sessions, during which you will find yourself empowered to alter your thoughts and beliefs to helpful and empowering ones and begin leading the life you wish.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy – BWRT®

‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at

Time-line therapy – TLT

Your time-line is thought to be a way for your subconscious mind to store your own unique memory of an event. When something happens, your subconscious mind seeks a comparison from similar past memories to understand the new experience. Imagine all your memories (ie. taste, smells, sounds, feelings, words and images of that memory) as beads on a chain or ‘timeline’, and that by removing the first bead holding the memory of an experience, all the other relevant beads will roll off. This should then allow you to view your experience differently. and achieve more positive thoughts, in the future. You can choose whether or not to reveal the experience to your therapist.

Warriors, Settlers and Nomads therapy – WSN

This therapy is based on the fact we are all unique mixtures of three basic personality types:

  • Warriors – independent, in control
  • Settlers – collaborative, sharing
  • Nomads – restless, activity-driven

WSN helps you become the person you want to be by pinpointing conflicting parts of your personality and then reconciling them so they no longer prevent you reaching true happiness in your life. It can identify hidden strengths and resources and reveal qualities you didn’t know you had. Many people notice a significant difference in their well-being after just two sessions.
